Web analytics audit
I check the counters, the goals, duplicate events and which reports can be trusted right now and which cannot.
NUMBERS YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRUST/
I set up Metrica, goals and events, bring them together into a map of conversions and analyse the funnel: where exactly people and enquiries are lost.
For businesses that make decisions from reports and are not sure the numbers in them are honest
this is usually where it hurts most
I check the counters, the goals, duplicate events and which reports can be trusted right now and which cannot.
Counters, correct goals, internal traffic filtered out and consistent source tagging.
A list of the actions that matter to the business and one set of naming rules, so the reports stop drifting apart.
I follow the whole path from source to enquiry and find the step where most people are lost.
A review of landing pages and forms, a list of hypotheses for lifting conversion and the order in which to test them.
I bring the result into one report and go through it with you: which numbers can be trusted now and what to check next.
agreed in the proposal
A web analytics audit is from $310, setting up Metrica or Google Analytics from $190, both together from $310, goals and events from $250, funnel and drop-off analysis from $370, a full audit of analytics and funnel from $550.
I don't paper over the absence of a public case with invented results. I show the process and will publish measurable findings once the project is finished and agreed with the client.
With setting up Metrica and Google Analytics, from $310 for both. That is enough to see sources, enquiries and the basic funnel. Goals and events, from $250, come later, when the site has more than two forms to track.
Often not. If there are few enquiries and they all pass through one person, it is cheaper to put the goals in Metrica and the CRM fields in order. I will not propose a complex integration for the sake of the phrase: there is no such line in the price list.
An agreed list of user actions that count as important, with one set of names. Without it every new contractor invents their own events, and six months later the reports stop adding up.
The main tool is Yandex Metrica. I connect and maintain GA if it is already in use on your side and you need it for comparison.
Funnel and drop-off analysis, from $370, shows the step where people leave: between the source and the landing page, between the page and the form, between the enquiry and the reply. If you need the whole picture, there is a full audit of analytics and funnel from $550.
It will show where exactly people and money are lost, and that is half the answer. Causes on the side of the product, the prices and the sales team are found by a marketing audit and growth points at $580.
Describe the situation. I'll look at the inputs and suggest the shortest route to a result.
